Instructions for using .PFR frames 1. Install your CD into your CD player.
(using straight from your CD without installing to your hard drive)
(this is for PSP7 but is basically the same for PSP6 and 8)
2. Open up your PSP program.
3. On your PSP taskbar, click on File\Browse. Find your folder holding your
graphics, and open the picture that you wish to frame and move it off to the
 side.
4. In your open Browse window, find your CD drive that you installed your CD
 into.
5. Scan thru the frame thumbnails, and find a frame that you think will look
good around your picture that you have chosen. Double click the frame to
 open it in PSP.
6. For the Horizontal frames, if your picture is 400 pixels wide, you will have
no problems. If it is more than that, then on your PSP taskbar, go to
Image\Resize and resize your picture to about 400 pixels. (For the Vertical
frames, make your picture no more than 300 wide)
7. Using your Magic Wand, click Inside of the blank area of the frame. You
will see the dancing lines inside of the frame.
8. Click on the picture you want to use. The taskbar of the picture will
become highlighted. Keeping your mouse cursor ON the highlighted part,
RIGHT click your mouse, and click Copy.
9. Click on the taskbar of the frame you opened. Keep your mouse cursor ON
the highlighted part and RIGHT click your mouse. Click on "Paste into
Selection". The picture is now inside of your frame.
10. On your PSP taskbar, click Layers\Merge\Merge All.
11. On your PSP taskbar, click Selections\Select None.
12. It's always a good idea to sharpen your picture, so on your PSP taskbar,
 go to Effects\Sharpen\Sharpen.
13. Your picture is now framed and you can save it.
